Orders placed with touchland receive complimentary standard shipping and tracking when delivered to a valid United States address.

Where We Ship

touchland does not currently ship outside the United States. Standard shipping is free for all eligible U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase requirement.

When to Expect an Order

touchland normally processes an order in 1–2 business days. After dispatch, standard carrier transit is estimated at 4–6 business days.

Weekends, U.S. public holidays, severe weather, carrier interruptions, peak demand, or an address problem may extend these estimates.

Cancellations, Taxes, and Assistance

A cancellation may be requested before shipment. After dispatch, the Refund Policy applies. Taxes are charged only when required by applicable law.
